But without the increased activity, the North Koreans is probably not yet ready to test a weapons for several months, given the difficulties to manufacturing enough uranium-235 or plutonium-239 to build a workable nuclear device.

Indirectly (or directly) Americans finance this program leading to doom by buying all the goods manufactured in China. On the other hand our evil central socialist government has encouraged the transfer of our manufacturing base to Asia due to the onerous taxes and regulations.
