Show me a single case where Marxists ever wanted to live in the world which they create for the peasants to live in. Even one.

For anyone who didn't read the whole article, you don't want to miss this:

The e-mails from Boehner’s office show that the speaker … spent months working with Democrat leadership to exempt lawmakers from the healthcare schemes. Indeed, this summer, the e-mails show, Boehner and Reid were plotting to organize a secret meeting with Obama to deal with the issue. Because it would almost certainly spark another wave of public outrage, Boehner’s chief of staff even agreed to use a deceptive cover story to conceal the true purpose of the meeting: plotting to save Congress from ObamaCare.

SHOW YoUR EXEMPTION ACT: AKA If it's good for Americans, its good for Congress.

Sen David Vitter asked for unanimous consent agreements to have a vote on his legislation called the “Show Your Exemption Act,” which would require each congressional office to publicly disclose whom they are exempting from entering the ObamaCare exchange......

Vitter said in a press release: “The fact that Harry Reid is going to such lengths to block even this disclosure vote says it all: As Americans face mass cancellations and huge premium increases, his top priority is to protect the Washington exemption from Obamacare."

" I'll continue to demand votes on this issue as opportunities arise — and they will — particularly as next year's election approaches.”

On Thursday, Reid blasted Vitter for “wasting time,” charging:

*************

Vitter maybe wasting time as far as getting this enacted but Vitter isn’t wasting time
in exposing the elected ruling class and their perks above the average citizen.

On Thursday, Reid blasted Vitter for “wasting time,” charging: Unless the entire United States Senate bends to [Vitter’s] wish, he will force this body to jump through hoops and work through the next several days wasting time to finish this crucial drug bill.

I would like to point out that every single senator has the power to tie the sentate up into knots. Simply stopping all 'unanimous consent' votes would put a huge stick in the wheels of the status quo.

Even Cruz lets the good old boys continue along with their nonsense. If I had my way, every bill would be read in their entirety on the floor, and every single vote would be a full roll call, without exception.
