There is a need to tie Obama to Progressivism so tightly that when one goes down the other will too. ObamaCare = HillaryCare = Universal Healthcare. They are one in the same and they are all failures.

Yes it did, but underground. It spread to the Middle East and many other parts too. For a while, it even ran the United Nations directly and got Zionism declared “racism”.
