This morning I realize the MSM has suddenly pivoted away from calling it Obamacare towards the Affordable Care Act.
My read on that is the Dems are attempting to de-couple it from Obama’s ego so that he’ll be less resistant when they finally shut the door and demand that he sign a repeal bill.

It looks like Obamas second term agenda has been flushed down the tiolet:
Gun safety(control)
Immigration(amnesty)
Minimum wage
Unemployment comp
Preschool funding
His going out campaigning for these isnt worth a crap anymore.

There is no health care in Obamacare. That should be obvious by now.

Dem should be very worried about another shoe/boot dropping on Obamacare. Its like in a boxing match when one of the fighters is wobbling; at that point it doesn’t take much to put him down on the canvass for good. Obamacare could be a knockout punch.
For the Dems it would be wise to follow the old Wall Street tactic of cutting your losses.

Why isn’t anybody on our side saying this is the greatest thing for the advancement of liberty and freedom since Reagan was elected? Maybe because most Republicans are secretly dictator-wannabes and support the despot? Why is it that hardly anybody talks of liberty and freedom these days (except Limbaugh, Levin, Palin, Cruz and Lee)?

I wish.
But Obamacare or no, I don’t see any backpedaling.
Hell, the Commie/pinko/Liberals have actually bought into the idea that the ‘Pubbies sabotaged Obamacare.

My hope is that this will provide a valuable “Teachable Moment” for Americans, as to how ultimately Big Government always fails.

They’re all about forcing their ideology on the rest of us,
but when the obvious [to us] failure of that ideology comes to light,
they run from it, try to back it off, and force it on us more slowly, like it will work then.

No doubt it’s in need of a serious reset if nothing else. The friggin’ rules and regs associated with obiecare dwarf the original bill. Who really knows all of it? NOBODY!

Using words to manipulate society is a tactic the nazis used.
"the language of the 3rd reich" (Lingua Tertii Imperii) By Victor Klemperer
In the book Klemperer details how the nazis manipulated the German language to nudge the German people to become more accepting of nazi ideals.
From Wiki
Lingua Tertii Imperii studies the way that Nazi propaganda altered the German language to inculcate people with National-Socialist ideas. The book was written under the form of personal notes which Klemperer wrote in his diary, especially from the rise of the Nazi regime in 1933, and even more after 1935, when Klemperer, stripped of his academic title because he was Jewish (under the Nuremberg Laws), had to work in a factory and started to use his diary as a personal exit to his frustrating and miserable life.
LTI demonstrates how a new language came to be naturally spoken by most of the population. On the reverse, the text also emphasizes the idea that resistance to oppression begins by questioning the constant use of buzzwords. Both the book and its author unexpectedly survived the war. LTI was first published in 1947 in Germany.
It underlines odd constructions of words intended to give a "scientific" or neutral aspect to otherwise heavily engaged discourses, as well as significant every-day behaviour.

The more accurate title for the ACA is National Socialist healthcare rationing. The glitch-filled rollout and the one year delay are just diversions from the real point of National Socialist healthcare: total control of the unruly peasants via the federal government's total discretion to set premiums and offer or refuse health services. This will go beyond a "chilling effect" to killing American freedom. We already saw this abuse with the IRS targeting conservative groups before the 2012 election, so don't tell me it won't happen. (Incidentally, political misuse of the IRS was one of the articles of impeachment against Nixon.)
Here is how the "progressives" will misuse National Socialist healthcare. This is what they will say: "Mr. Jones, I'm sorry but your daughter's operation has been cancelled. We have exceeded our quota for the year. Try to get on the list again next year...if she's still alive." This is what they will mean. "Mr. Jones, you are still being a bad comrade! Not only did you belong to a tea party group back in 2009, but you are still making anti-government comments on the internet. Maybe if you showed a more progressive attitude, your daughter might get that operation...."
That's why I call it National Socialist healthcare rationing: it will mean the end of American freedom. Who will risk appearing "anti-government" if I means the withholding of medical treatments from "bad comrades?"
Welcome to the USSA, comrades!
