Probably not specifically regarding the website, but I think (pass the Nomex) that Roberts did see flaws in the law and how it carried the seeds of its own destruction. History will be the final arbiter of that...but if he felt that collapsing under it’s own weight or a legislative remedy was better than a judicial one, he might not have been alone in such a view. That's what I was thinking. The unbuilt portions are kinda the heart of the system, aren't they? I know the front end isn't simple to build, but what is it there for if there is no back end?
