It doesn’t matter if enrollment numbers are small, it matters that there are any still enrolling. And it doesn’t matter if the website is still not fully functional, it matters that there is still a website at all.
The longer this thing goes on the more entrenched it will be. If the website is not secure, if HIPPA is being violated, it needs to be shut down right now.
Quit letting them drag this thing out until we can’t dislodge the leeches.
