Did you read my post?

Can you understand that I am arguing that it is immaterial whether or not the State uses this in court. This is still a violation of the 4th amendment. You are not secure in your person if the State can do this. Admissible in court or not is moot.

I think you didn’t fully read my post, or didn’t understand it... Or you are cool with the policy, and are just trying hard to find a way to defend this heinous action of the State.
