FREDERICTON A former city councillor in Saint John, N.B., convicted of sexually abusing and making pornographic images of boys for more than a decade is appealing his 18-year prison term, saying the sentence is excessive.

Is his sentence unreasonable because he is a homosexual child abuser, as opposed to a heterosexual abuser? What exactly his his point? Does he feel special because he is a homosexual??? Does he have NAMBLA on the brain, thinking that there was nothing wrong with what he did????

Perhaps a shorter sentence and a length of rope. Oops, the death penalty was removed officially in 1973 and 1998 for the military.
The inmates at Dorchester Pen will likely make his life interesting, to say the least. ‘Skinners’ are not popular. He should be thankful he is not in Milhaven or the SHU.
