How long before someone sees a group of feral teens coming towards them, and fearing they will be targeted as a victim of this BS knockout game, they just start popping rounds off into the group?
Sooner or later there will be instances of pre-emptive shootings, simply because these jackoffs are perceived as being threats. They will have only their peers to blame.
