After seeing post #10, I don't doubt that may have been a viable option.
But a lawsuit still pays better than the satisfaction of seeing the oaf sprawled out on the floor minus a tooth or two.

After an experience like this, I would have immediately “dis-enrolled” my child from this school. He would never set foot in there again.
Private school, or homeschool. Get your kids out of public schools!

Unfortunately for us, proceeds from a lawsuit are paid by you and me. Now if it came out of their union pension fund...
