To: Amendment10

The tenth amendment does not give the states the power to violate the other parts of the Bill of Rights. Some things are not governments business at any level.

People should be prepared to revolt if they start stealing private property like this.

That is the second amendment

The article didn't mention specifics concerning Ms Sawant's plans (corrections welcome), so I don't know if her plans violate Constitution or not. (Just like socialist Obama, I woudn't be surprised if socialist Sawant has no specific plans.)
