On Thursday, Fox News Ed Henry tweeted that MSNBC hosts Ed Schultz and Lawrence ODonnell, as well as Ezra Klein of the Washington Post and Fox News Juan Williams, had been invited for a private off-the-record chat with President Obama. Obamas signature program, Obamacare, has been flailing in the press for weeks, and Obama apparently believes that it is about time to reshift the narrative:

“Senator Cruz tried to kill it. If they had let him kill 0bamacare, it would have saved the Democratics political dominance. The public wouldnt have seen it fail firsthand.”
And that is a very good thing.

Correct. This is nothing but a planning session for future news.

Nice reach-around session for those “journalists.” Yeah, they’ll be completely objective now about this administration’s aims and machinations....

I had gained a bit of respect for ole Juan when he was fired from NPR for making a statement about being frightened flying with muzzies. (Key word here is 'had') He's become a buffoon and the laughing stock of Brett Baer's show and any show he appears on, now!
As you said, it's time for Fox to fire his arse! He's an embarrassment!
To: gooblah
This is the “non-partisan media” we’ve been hearing about. State-run quislings in the media receiving their marching orders. They should be ridiculed and shunned.
Watch for buzzwords now to try to change the narrative.

Every single word uttered in the future by Juan should be followed up with a question as to if what he just said was the White House talking point.

Shouldn’t the records be made public? Is it legal? I understand msnbc. They make no bones about it. Comcast loves Obama. But Fox should fire Williams. It’s now out in the open that he gets his talking points from the white house.

Obama is two-faced. He tells this group one story, and other groups different stories matched only to what they want to hear. He operates dishonestly.

The in-person meeting is brazen, but beyond that, what is the significance?
Does he want this off the NSA radar?

Don’t celebrate yet. It will take a Republican president and Congress to overturn this. That’s far from a sure thing.

Exactly accurate.
Our side should not allow others to control the language.
Example: “private off-the-record meeting” at every opportunity should be called “Secret meeting with the president.”
Conspiracy buffs love a secret and maybe they will begin to pay attention.
