As I said, he should already have been hung. There is no doubt he did it, and that he planned it. Such vile crimes and murder deserve the death penalty, swift and sure.
Our prisons are not punishment anymore. There isn't any for these young people and they know it.....they do as they will regardless of what consequences because none of the consequences are severe enough to dissuade them form the crimes they pursue. You note when these kids go into stores in groups they come out laughing....it's a joke to them... There is no fear of any punishment....they have nothing to weigh against their acts to deter them.
