This is bad in every way....so 9 Billion to fund irans Nuclear capability....are these people insane....no matter where they say the moneys going Iran will use it as it wills.
This rush deal was to prevent our Congress from passing more sanctions against Iran. So he ponies up with the enemy.......this is frightening.
