Most likely a fuel vent that releases excess pressure in a tank. Not what you would normally use for a photo op.
Another target is the Chinese Shenyang J-15 "Flying Shark" carrier fighter. This is a copy of the Russian Sukhoi Su-27k [Su-33] carrier aircraft. Chinese sources are saying the J-15 is an underperforming turkey. The J-15 is another very large missile magnet.
Chinese and Pakistani tactical aircraft leave a lot to be desired.
