We seem to be on different schedules lately. I keep missing your post.
I don’t usually cook on Thanksgiving...still mingle with parents and siblings. I do cook a turkey after so that we can have turkey sandwiches and turkey/rice soup.
How was your Thanksgiving? Did you and your mother cook? Or did you go somewhere?
I cooked a turkey breast and got 1 yam. We mashed it and added marshmallows. It was good. But I forgot the pumpkin pie. I bought it, but forgot the whipped cream. I’ll get whipped cream on the way home from work and we will have pie tonight.
My work schedule has been a zoo lately from the minute I get in. I start a reply and can’t get back to finish and send it. d:o(
