November 30, 2013, 12:21 pm Obama ‘proud’ of healthcare legacy

By Jonathan Easley

President Obama said Friday he’s confident that the troubled healthcare rollout won’t be the final word on how his signature legislative achievement is remembered.

"I continue to believe and [I'm] absolutely convinced that at the end of the day, people are going to look back at the work we've done to make sure that in this country, you don't go bankrupt when you get sick, that families have that security," the president said in an interview on ABC’s 20/20. "That is going to be a legacy I am extraordinarily proud of."

The HealthCare.Gov website went live on Oct. 1, but has been plagued by a myriad of technical issues.

The administration has scrambled to assemble a “tech surge” with the goal of having the website functioning at 80 percent of its total capacity on Nov. 30, but the avalanche of bad news has provoked Congressional hearings and dragged Obama’s approval rating to new lows.

So far, nobody in the administration has lost their job over the bungled rollout, as the White House has instead focused its energy on fixing the site, rather than accounting for the missteps that led to the present situation.

But the president on Friday said he was looking into how the project could have been so severely mishandled.

"Obviously my most recent concern has been that my website's not working ... and we're evaluating why it is exactly that I didn't know soon enough that [it] wasn't going to work the way it needed to," Obama said. "But my priority now has been to just make sure that it works."

Many lawmakers have called on Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, to resign. The secretary has so far weathered the demands.

His self-absorption was never more evident than in the recent interview w/ Barbara Walters (posting from clip shown on Fox--did not see entire interview).

Soft-ball Barbara pitched the news that Americans do not think he's trustworthy.....ever since his "keep your plan" lies were outed.

He replied, " They reelected me b/c they trusted me."

That was Barbara's cue---but she flubbed it. The 2012 candidate was all aglow over O/Care....his serial lies duped the electorate.

===============================================

Townhall after townhall---Americans tried to tell the pols---"we don't want it." No one listened. Self-serving pols regurgitated O's calculated lied about the O/Care monstrosity.

===================================================

Now. this is rich---without batting an eyelash
Mrs O told Barbara that Mr O "always keeps his promises."

"I always keep my promises---Michele knows when I
was in Hollywood all my photo-ops were men-only."

"Yeah, sure. This sucker doesn't know I found lipstick on his shorts."

Obama didn’t promise that the ObamaCare website would be 80% fixed by tomorrow, he promised the site would be fixed. Period. So tomorrow he’ll be exposed in another lie.

Proud Barry

Left a good job in the city
Workin’ for the man ev’ry night and day
And I never lost one minute of sleepin’
Worryin’ ‘bout the way things might have been

Big wheel keep on turnin’
Proud Barry keep on burnin’
Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ on the river

proud flesh noun

Definition of PROUD FLESH: an excessive growth of granulation tissue (as in an ulcer); a boil, infection

I heard a doctor last night say that if a person stops paying premiums there’s a 3 month grace period. The insurance company will pay for the first 30 days. But if care is provided day 31 through day 90 then down the road the care provider has to pay it back.

I also heard today that there will probably only be a small percentage who will get to keep their doctors.

What will happen to large corporations that provide insurance? Does anyone know?

This guy jumps to the future to congratute himself on a past that he makes up out of thin air, which is at present an obamanation manifesting desolation. Looks like he can't make up enough lies to cover the here and now, so he's got to transport himself to the future to lie about the past so he can lie even more about today.

"Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past."

Obama doesn't even wait until the future to revise the past; he projects himself into the future to create his fake past in real time.

Obama's on the drug train.

I used to know where I was going
'til I got on board
The drug train.
I'm gonna show you how
To get on board
To put one foot up
To put another foot up
Put *another* foot up
And you're on board
The drug train.

Obama. What a piece of work, huh? Straight from Satan’s collectivist sweatshop after the devil proudly exclaimed, “Good enough for government work!”

That's a great idea! Obama can solve the problem of all the doctors quitting and/or retiring by signing an Executive Order turning Barber Schools into Medical Schools! Your local hair stylist can dispense medicine, perform minor surgery (major surgery will be left to nail salons), and deliver babies!

Just think of it: every neighborhood barbershop will become your new local healthcare provider! Why, if Floyd the barber had lived long enough, he could have lectured at Johns Hopkins!

That jumping ahead to congratulate himself is some pretty slick stuff there. Imagine if Bush had pulled that. The press would have been over him like flies on... well... lots of things. :^)
