“the original homeowner had already been foreclosed upon and they were getting ready to leave anyway.”
I think someone mentioned another case where that was the situation, not the one in the article.
I’d shoot the s.o.b.
I like your attitude, but I think this was in Britian. They have lots of idiot laws and rules...
oops, it was in Ohio. sorry, should read everything twice and post once...
I walk into my house and someone I did not invite in is in there? A court case? Not so much. A coroners inquest maybe......
There are photos of him in the news stories.
One of holders people.
Presenting false documents to law enforcement is forgery and it is a crime.
That’s why you cut the phone lines and buy a cell phone jammer first. Say about 3:00 AM. Next morning you tell the cops, “Gee officer, I don’t know there those nice fellows went.”
Fine, arrest me and let a jury of my peers judge me on why I dropped the guy (and his buddies) where he (they) stood on MY property. I'm fine with that and just did the state a favor.
They should find Carrs residence ( must be somewhere in the court papers )and return the favor....
We have a law here that if someone is allowed use of a property for a umber of years thy can claim it.
One local bar owner used another mans field for baseball diamond for many years, and each year they picked a day , the farmer would come over and run him off the property. They went in the bar had a drink and the problem was solved.
The property really has to be abandoned for some long amount of time. Not just a couple of months, years.
I don't picture this happening in Texas...
