I lived in Seattle for 5 1/2 years. It supposedly gets the same annual amount of rainfall as Dallas, Texas. The difference is that there is measurable precipitation 270 days per year in Seattle, while Dallas gets the same total in about 4 days.
So it rains 3 of 4 days on average?
It would depress the hell out of me.
