AS 19-year-old bodyboarder Zac Young was being pulled to shore, bleeding heavily from a shark attack, he turned to his good mate Kurt Gillan and prayed.
"He passed away peacefully, no pain, with his last words to me being: 'I love you brother'," Mr Gillan, 18, wrote on Facebook yesterday.
"He began to pray 'please God, my lord and Saviour, help protect my friends and help me through this time of need'. He then went unconscious."
Mr Young died on Saturday afternoon at Reicks Point, north of Coffs Harbour, 540km north of Sydney. The Port Macquarie local had just passed his driving test and was on a surfing road-trip with Mr Gillan and two other mates.

Praying for them even as he was dying.....
“Amen, may he surk the clouds of the heavenly sea.”
(from the Urban Dictionary)
SURK
v. surked, surk·ing, surk·in’, surks
1. To annoy one’s neighbor with any variety of unpleasant noises.
2. To drive or display an automobile with the owner’s name on the license plate.
3. To park a sub-$20K sports car (typically a fire-engine red Hyundai Genesis Coupe) across two parking spots.

The ONLY “good” way to die is with the Lord God in your heart and His name on your lips....
Amen.
First thought God.

Flight 93, 9/11: Tom Burnett Jr. spoke of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and prayed with the phone operator just before the plane went down in Shanksville.
