Never mind singing, first legalize the ban on audible noise and ritual objects to the site...even muttering a prayer by Jews is now subject to expulsion by Israeli police. Is the Temple Mount even mentioned in the Koran ? The entire premise is completely untenable.

Before even that: find out why the ban on Jewish prayer is maintained no matter which party is in power. Is there an Israeli political party which vows to allow Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount?

Not as easy as it would seem.

The secular Jewish establishment does not want any surge of Jewish religious fervor.

A large group of traditional religious authorities want little to do with Temple Mount when it is under secular or Muslim control.

The average Israeli probably doesn’t think it’s worth the time or money.

That leaves a fairly small slice of traditional Jews who wholeheartedly support the secular state and are willing to take control of the Temple Mount in a practical way.

Manhigut Yehudit led by Moshe Feiglin would seem the party most likely to attempt to exert control over the Temple Mount.
