Wow, a British judge with common sense! Good on him.
When I was in London again recently, I noticed ads on the Underground cars about hiring more social workers. My sarcastic thought at the time was “just what’s needed — MORE social workers!”

umm... there should be riots outside of these people’s houses.
When the law does not protect the innocent from the criminal, or worse, takes the side of the criminal against the innocent, it abrogates its basic purpose and loses all legitimacy.
This is important, because the basic purpose of courts was to prevent revenge killings and blood feuds between families, by an authority higher and more powerful than either side.
However, when the law itself embraces injustice and murder, in ways such as involuntary abortion and euthanasia, there is no impartiality, so there is no law, and those who commit such acts are personally responsible for doing so.
And are thus personally liable for revenge.
This means doctors, nurses, and other “health care workers” who murder the helpless elderly, infants, and anyone else who cannot resist, should always look over their shoulder with concern that maybe one of the people they murdered has family. And family with a now focused purpose.
Comparatively, after just a few homicides of abortionists in the US, the remainder wear bulletproof vests and carry guns themselves, with only their overwhelming greed keeping them still killing.
She wasn’t even a British citizen. I just can’t imagine how they could do this. Unthinkable.
