A nuclear arms race is now arising in the Middle East, starting with an Iranian nuke,.."Arms race started? About every major state seems to have one already. Sounds more like catch-up. Together there is not a world class military anything. Let's not over-focus on their potential threats.
We have active threats from China and Russia who would ejoy watching us bleed into depression as we play costly 'whack a mole', purple fingers and nation building with another ME country. If they want to kill each other, have at it. We can save our blood and treasure to protect ourselves.
