Don’t buy the Insurance, pay the fine.
Then when your “pre-existing” condition reappears, or you break your arm, buy Insurance and go to the Doctor. Just have the Ovamacare number on your cell phone so you can call them from the Waiting Room at Emergency to sign up.
Isn’t that what Obamacare says you can do? It isn’t Insurance, it’s Healthcare.
Insurance may only be purchased during the annual open enrollment period. You cannot just sign up on your way to the ER.
