That’s crazy! I’ve seen the signs all over Walmart saying that they will match the advertised prices at other stores. How can an employee tell him that Walmart doesn’t do that?
I think a letter writing campaign is in order.

How can an employee tell him that Walmart doesn’t do that?Given the timing of this, he may have tried to get matching prices for "doorbuster" or "Black Friday" type deals that are excluded from their match policy. There really isn't enough detail to know what really took place so I'd hold off on the letter writing for now.
