I asked some of my conservative Jewish friends why 75% or so of their fellow Jews support Obama who has repeatedly displayed his disdain and enmity for Israel. Most all of their responses came back to “they love their liberalism more than they do their fellow Jews”. How ironic that if Israel (the little Satan) goes under the sword of Islam, America (the great Satan) is next and the American Jews will look back on what happened in Germany in the 30s and 40s as a minor occurrence.
One of my Jewish friends and I got into a discussion of our mutual love of classical music. I began ticking off the huge number of Jewish violin virtuosi: Oistrakh, Kreisler, Elman, Heifetz, Menuhin, Stern, Perlman, etc. He responded by asking me if I knew why so many Jewish musicians played the violin? Because it was easy to CARRY.
If America goes down, packing up those violins will not be necessary: They won’t be RELOCATING this time!
