Waxman was telling about people who have new Obamacare plans with NO deductible.

Where are these success stories in the news? Anyone seen anything like this?

Waxman is confused or lying. The only people not paying deductibles are those on medicaid/medicaid expansion.

"...on Monday, the Wall Street Journal reported that under Obamacare "the average individual deductible for what is called a bronze plan on the exchange — the lowest-priced coverage — is $5,081 a year.")"

Euphoria of Obamacare becomes nightmare of higher premiums and deductibles

This made me think. WHen a low income uninsured person finds out that they will get subsidized health insurance through healthcaregov.com, are they allowed to sign up for the gold/platinum plan? If it's going to be subsidized, why not order the cadillac instead of the yugo?
