The pitbulls I know are dangerous only because of friendly enthusiasm. LOL. I've been banged around by their big blockheads when they are trying so hard to be near me. My daughter fosters pitty rescues. Does a great job with them. But says she wouldn't own one because they are too affectionate/needy. They want to be near you all the time. Her Ridgeback is affectionate by much more independent.
