The two-person ‘deal’ (Ryan & Murray) ends sequestration which is what the establishment Republicans and the Democrats wanted. The establishment GOP is deathly afraid of another government ‘shut down’ that the left can exploit to hurt them in the 2014 congressional elections so they wanted a budget deal that the Democrats will accept. Any conservative opposition upsets the game, hence, the sputtering outrage from the GOP establishment who don’t handle conservative opposition well.
Worse, the airline fees increase falls on the heads of Republicans, according to Ryan on GRETA, as he said those fees pay back the sequester cash he gave away. (My paraphrase.)
