There was quite a bit of speculation yesterday about evidence being planted.
HuffPo has a feature that allows you to see previous versions of AP stories. The snip I pulled that ABC did not carry was from an earlier version.
Story does say that the filing was to be dealed. Evidently, someone snuck a peek.
