I don't care if it goes no where; it's the right thing to do. A coin has two sides: either he's a traitor for not faithfully executing the law, or we are a traitor for being surrender monkeys and not holding him to that responsibility for fear it might not go anywhere. I'm not a traitor. I want to charges raised.

The courts will most likely decide that it is a political decision, and thus in the hands of Congress.
