They will just lie and say there is no more ice.

Show a picture of a desert.

What does the general populace know?

He DID invent the safety pin, though, didn't he? :o)

He just confused that for the pin he had pulled on the grenade of arrogance, which is now about to fragment his life.

He's not that advanced, silly. It was the push pin.

He invented the thumb tack, tie rack, Tic-Tac, and Kit-Kat.

“All 7 billion of us bending our backs and minds together wouldn’t change a thing.”

I don't know. If we could somehow capture and channel all of the hot air that comes out of Washington maybe we could have some effect.

There’s a documentary done by Charles Kuralt from back in the late 1960’s of the Plaisted Expedition. A group of fellows primary from Minnesota who attempted to snowmobile to the North Pole. They failed that first time in 1967. The following year, another doc was made by the group themselves showing that they succeeded.

The first year they attempted this, it was roughly -20 degree weather. The second year, it was roughly -60 degrees. The reason for doing this in such cold weather is because the “cap” is nothing but ice that is constantly shifting and moving around. After all, there is no land up there to enclose and stabilize it. Where two edges of ice collided, ridges that could be 30 feet high had to be chopped at to make paths for the sleds to get through.

Where the ice separated and exposing open water, those are called ice leads. That’s what stopped them the first year and almost did again the second year. Here’s a link to a large pic but be warned, it’s a LARGE one: http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/csd/projects/arcpac/photos/leads/hires/Arctic%20Ocean%20lead%203__CRasco.jpg

In any case, I watch these documentaries and can’t help think how later on, ManBearPig would try to claim “global warming” would melt the cap up there. Such a load of hooey... Should send him up there for an expedition of his own.

It was the push pin.

I thought he invented the hockey stick.

Or maybe it was just the curve. In any case, there'll be plenty of ice to keep it on.

He’s worth $300 million now and the last 9-5 job he held was 12 years ago in which he made $200k a year. Gee, ya think there was some insider trading going on there? Own a lot of stock in some BS green company, get the government to invest a ton of money they sell it off? And of course the company fails because it creates absolutely nothing but it don’t matter: By then you’ve started a new BS green company and the process repeats. Like my brother pointed out: Mick Jagger is worth $300 million and it took him 50 years and countless hit songs and countless tours and concerts to make that...but it took Al Gore only 12 years for producing and really doing absolutely nothing. Being a lying scam artist liberal pays!
