I probably should add that those charts are from the Wikipedia article on “Ice Ages”, which is really quite interesting, even if one finds fault in parts of it. The basic data, including the height of the last interglacial, is telling. The relative flatness of the present interglacial is also intriguing. But, how long can it last? The record is not encouraging.
The alarmists have been predicting doom within 5 to 10 years at least as far back as the 70s and probably earlier. If they want to lie without getting caught, they need to start using longer time periods.
