A confidential training manual for Obamacare navigators that threatens prosecution for unauthorized dissemination is on the Internet for the world to see.
The 217-page manual reads like a primer for Amway or novice car salesmen, offering sales advice on how to disarm potential customers who could be lured into purchasing insurance through exchanges created under the Affordable Care Act.
Section headers include Smile: Maintain a Positive Demeanor, Make the Customers Feel Welcome, Listen and in what must now seem ironic given Barack Obamas troubles with over-promising Build Trust: Be True to Your Word.

Merry Christmas to you too.
My reason is that it's an onerous tax. Simple, but my reason nonetheless.
House Repeals Onerous Tax Provision in Bipartisan Manner
Today the House of Representatives, in a bipartisan manner, voted to repeal a three percent withholding tax that would have been yet another burden on our economy. Washington must not increase the financial and administrative costs job creators face particularly when so many challenges to growth and entrepreneurial success already exist.
Only if the bill to tax originated in the House or Representatives, so no, Government does not have the power to tax just because the Executive and Judicial branches along with the Senate want it. It can only do so if the bill of revenue originates from the House of Representatives.
Additionally, the law was not passed. It was "deemed".
BS! It was passed!
Only if the bill to tax originated in the House or Representatives...
It was originated in the House! H.R. means a House bill. See H.R.4872 Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (key...Related Bills: H.RES.1203, H.RES.1225, H.R.3590 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act)
H.R. 45
to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590) and health care-related provisions in the Health Care Education and Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HR 4782)
The Senate hijacked the existing HOUSE bill to pass the albatross we have today.
Thanks. Simple. It works for me.
