Yeah. He works a deal, comes back to the U.S., turns over documents
and two days later he dies in a bad “accident”. Just coincidence, of course.
They wouldn’t arrange an accident for Snowden. They’d simply arrest him at the airport, hold him incommunicado, and try him on espionage charges. They would get a secret ruling, from a secret court that overturned his amnesty deal. It would all be very nice and legal, and Roberts would kill his final appeal.
People make me laugh at how they underestimate our government.
We also don’t have double jeopardy. Just ask Sgt Koons and Officer Powell of Rodney kind fame. Ask Lance Armstrong how they responded to his post deal interview.
