Some people want a shooting war for the simple reason that our democratic processes have failed. The NSA spies on us and some court ruled that they have to stop and we all know that the NSA won't stop no matter who tells them to stop. Our police anymore are starting to resemble 3rd world paramilitary death squads. The IRS is a political weapon. The US Department of Justice is the enforcement arm of the DNC.
There's a possibility that we might have a Constitutional convention and I frankly expect the participants to end up in jail or worse. Unless, of course, they support making Obama a dictator-for-life like David Brooks seems to be suggesting.
Add to this the fact that the left has an obsession for disarming Americans and the sum of it is that we just might be running out of time. What happens to us if a police force with no respect for our rights comes to take our guns? What then?
Worse; what happens next?
Myself, I don't want a shooting war but I'm in fear for my family of what happens if we don't have one.
