Execution. No way around that video, no "too grainy to see clearly" crap.

The guy wanted to get away from the cops, for very good reason, they were itching to kill something or someone, and they got their jollies off.

No doubt more than a few drinks were hoisted at the local cop bar later on, like after Rodney King: "We hit a few homers off you"
