Following on the heels of other political groups, President Obama's liberal base is abandoning him, giving him an even lower level of support from his base than George W. Bush had from conservatives five years into his presidency, according to a new Pew Research Center poll.
Just 54 percent of liberal Democrats strongly approve of Obama in their new poll. For Bush at this stage of his presidency, 65 percent of conservatives strongly supported the Republican.
Worse for Obama: Younger liberals have lost their thrill for Obama more than older liberals. Of those aged 18-49, just 46 percent strongly approve of the president, 39 percent “not so strongly,” said Pew.

If it were not that I believe Bill Clinton’s team was a very destructive force in it’s own right, I would join you.
It’s my take that Clinton opened our government’s most secret vaults to the Chinese. He facilitated giving them our complete patent database over the years, and the nuclear related and other technologies transferred are some things we’ll never know the full extent of.
Both Clinton and Obama should be behind bars. Mrs. Clinton most certain belongs in prison. I think Michelle is too stupid to know what a pawn she has been for the vile man in the White House right now.
Members of both administrations should be right down the cell block from the main characters.
I really think it’s his racism. His redistributionist tendencies all flow in one direction, towards his and Holder’s “peeps”. His primary initiatives take from the shrinking productive middle class, and, after he and his skim the top (and whatever RINOs can get in on the act), the rest is trickled down to Section 8 vouchers and “mo’ money” for EBT cards and “free” “healthcare”.
The food stamp money went down. The unemployment money is running out. The retired city employees of Detroit are looking to get an 80% reduction in their retirement pay. The liberal promises aren’t being kept, and Obama is taking a 17 day Hawaii vacation. Welcome to the real world.

Yes, I concur. Really, is there any policy that he’s implemented since taking office that doesn’t fall under the category of “get whitey”?
Even Obamacare has the effect of harming more people with insurance than insuring those without, and I’d say there would be a racially disproportionate representation in each group.
They are the ones who still think they are entitled to part of the spoils.
And every time he shoots off his ignorant mouth on a crime, it was committed by one of his “sons” (or in the case of Gates, his “father”). He has never once defended a criminal of any other race, or even commented. He just doesn’t even see anyone else except the poor put-upon criminals of his own race.
And his education policies have all been oriented towards mitigating punishment for black disruptive students, at the expense of those there to learn. His housing agenda has been nothing but pushing blacks (especially the criminal cohort, which is disproportional) out to the white flight suburbs, to free up city property.
Everything he does, you can easily find the racial component-and it’s not even a matter of really helping his “brothers”, as they have never been worse off employment-wise and otherwise. As you say, it’s always “get YT”, even if it hurts his “own”.
But that has been the prime tactic of racebaiters for decades.

Actually he did. He refused to go after them. Remember the USS Cole? And he turned a blind eye toward what had happened at the WTC in '93 which caused those forces to regroup and have success on 9/11.
With Clinton it was scandal after scandal, weak leadership (Waco? Somalia? Elian Gonzales?) and sexual perversion. How people forget.
Oh, and don't forget it was Clinton's DOJ (Reno) who went after Microsoft which caused the dotcom bust. George W. rescued us from the resulting recession.
Yeah, but O’s support might be dropping among that crowd because he isn’t leftist enough. This won’t be helpful in the next election. Of more interest is how O is doing with Independents, who are the true swing vote in a 40-40-20 country (roughly).
Those are good questions, but you've left out his Islamist leanings from the puzzle.
I don’t think he’s as much of an Islamist as he is simply anti-Christian.

Yes. Something over 45% of the population of Detroit are functional illiterates. Owebama took 98% of the Detroit vote.
The RATS have a solid lock on the illiterate minority vote, without them they couldn’t break 30% in any election.
The ‘young’ vote was mesmerized into prooving their liberal enlightened superiority by voting for the first Black president, regardless of his qualifications or character.
young people wanted to feel that their lives meant something, that they participated in making history, that they played a small part in electing the first black president.
