I'll do you one better. I was raised Christian, now I'm agnostic. I was Republican, not I wish I could be Libertarian (enrolled), but they're nuts.

Not only do I think you can do whatever you want on your property, but I accept things like the Christian Cross (under most presentations) to be symbols reverence, redemption and love.

As an agnostic, I'm not sure how you get there, or I'm not sure I'm on board, but I appreciate the sentiment.

It's like “Merry Christmas”. Thanks. It's not my holiday
but you just said “I'm not a jerk, and I hope things go well for you”. My response is to find a way to return the sentiment. “Merry Christmas to you too” works for that.
If we can't all get behind symbols of good-will, without being offended by the symbol (even if the intent is one of good-will), we are not getting anywhere as a people.
