I just sprinkle it on salads. Libera.. er, I mean lots. Some drink a little with water.

Yes, crazycatlady, I heard a physician talk about it years ago on C2C.

I researched it and I was overwhelmed with the documentation about the active ingredient curcumin.

Make sure it is at least five percent curcumin and buy it by the pound. Organic is more expensive. I do not know it if matters except maybe for taste.

I do not know about things requiring medical tests. I've been lucky to not need a doctor as of this writing and don't have a doctor. But it's convinced me for other reasons.

It's not the only thing I'm taking however. NO PRESCRIPTIONS btw. Though if I ever feel I need a doctor I'd have no problem going.. if I can find one.

It really stains things yellow. I used turmeric on my popcorn because I was out of my preferred spices, and my fingers turned yellow. Then the ice cube tray was yellow after I got ice cubes.
I usually do buy spices at the CO-OP because they’re bulk and I can get the amount I want and they’re also organic. But I also have an assortment of spices that people have given me when they move and stuff. They don’t want to haul all this stuff to Missoula or wherever and know I cook and bake a lot.
This business of ridiculing Sex Addiction meetings makes me mad too. Sex addiction groups save lives.
