It looks as good as anything Picasso ever did.
Actually, Picasso could paint very, very well. That didn't pay so well. At one point he was freezing in an abandoned building and had to set his own paintings on fire for heat. He eventually found there was more money in cubism.

Actually, Picasso could paint very, very well. Yes, I know that. But I'm basing my opinion on what he was best known for.

I visited Picasso’s home when we were in Europe years ago. Once you get there, the guides hand you wine glasses and cheese while she leads the group around the home. After each tour, they lead you to the veranda’ for paella’. They just want you to enjoy the atmosphere and the remaining paintings on a full stomach I guess..

He only did the "starving artist" bit for a few years, very early on. He lived quite well the rest of his life.

I think Pablo was a teenager when he painted this. I believe that girl is one of his sisters at her First Communion Ceremony, one of the Sacraments of the Catholic Church. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

I truly am to know this! The work I have seen even had brush streaks. Now I realize he was probably mocking the art critics!
