How many enrolled/paid are paying full increased freight and how many are low earners getting massive subsidies ???
Without a significant majority of people paying the full increases without subsidies - Obamacare will collapse under its own weight ...
Obama-shit-care is a real pain in the ass.
Obama-shit-care is a real pain in the ass.
Everything Obama touches turns to crap.
Who pays for Medicaid?
RE: “How many enrolled/paid are paying full increased freight and how many are low earners getting massive subsidies?”
The “Silver Plan” is the only policy that gives subsidies.
60% of Paid Enrollment is in a “Silver Plan.”
Geez, does anyone really believe any numbers put out by this Administration?
Once again the Cougars continue to improve under Coach Mike Leach. Uh? Oh, never mind.
Wait until these people realize what Medicaid is.
Partly - new taxes on selling stocks, and higher Medicare taxes, both of which will fall mostly on the affluent.
Partly - higher insurance premiums for the affluent and upper middle class.
Partly - the states, who will pay 10% (after 2016) of ObamaCare Medicaid.
By the way, now that signing up for Medicaid is so easy, many state residents who qualified for the “old” Medicaid, but had never applied, will sign up, too.
People who qualify for the “old” Medicaid will cost their states around 50% of the bill, not 10%.
That's why so many Republican governors refused to sponsor their own health websites.
In states that have their own health exchange, millions of new people are expected to qualify for the “old” Medicaid, which is going to cost their states tens of billions of dollars.
Finally - $1 trillion in “savings” will be ripped out of Medicare to pay for ObamaCare.
In theory, a new focus on preventive health care will generate those savings.
In reality, if you are on Medicare, trying to get an appointment will take longer, and the quality of your care is going to go down, way down.
Medicaid is completely free.
I think it even includes dental.
But, most doctors won’t accept it because the government compensation is very low.
So, low pay usually means a long wait for treatment and second class doctors.
When millions of new patients come into the system, which is what’s about to happen, I have to believe treatment is going to get really bad.
You are spot on...most people don’t understand how little Medicaid pays out to doctors...
Lost in healthcare limbo: EVERYONE ELSE...
