The administration says a former Microsoft executive is taking over as the top tech honcho for HealthCare.gov, President Barack Obama's problem-plagued health insurance website.

1. Spent 700 to 1,0000 million dollars on a web site which was to be up and running on Oct. 1st.
2. Fired the 1st person in charge, replacement tasked with getting the web site fixed by end of Nov.

Somehow I feel that the $700 to $1,000 million did not all go to ‘create the web site’. I think there was a lot of ‘other’ payments to support other chosen groups to further the cause.
The web site isn’t the problem the plan is.
