This is just Dem talking points in action: Just as with the ACA, any Dem-passed law is “settled law” and thus must not be challenged.
Is Hickenlooper aware that decent people are starting to question the legitimacy of laws that clearly violate the Bill of Rights - and of governments that pretend they have the power to pass or to enforce such laws?
Chickenpooper is pissing off a lot of voters. Attention has been called in his direction and the direction of all Democrats in this State.

Just a word of advice for Colorado, remember Schwarzenegger!
Don’t remove the devil you know for one that “appears” more attractive, California learned a hard lesson that day.

How about repealing Hickenlooper?
Republicans in Colorado have one term—one chance—to repeal those laws. If they repeal those laws, they’ll get another term. If not, they’ll lose voter support for a very long time. Voters are already irked at Republicans for supporting so many other socialist causes: regulations against property rights, high property taxes, etc.
He is mistaken. He is not “WE” and we will repeal them.
Isn’t he running in 2014?
