Gunmen Open Fire at PA Minister's Office

Gunmen opened fire at the office of the Palestinian Authority’s minister of Islamic endowments, Mahmoud Habbash, on Wednesday evening, witnesses told the Ma’an news agency.

The witnesses said that masked and armed men fired heavily at the minister’s office in al-Jinan neighborhood in el-Bireh minutes after he arrived. Guards responded by shooting at the assailants, who fled the scene in a private car. ....

“No injuries reported” doesn’t mean squat. People could be dead and dying, but so long as it wasn’t reported, nobody knows.

Well,the story indicates that the guards returned fire but the gunmen escaped in a car.
