Homeland Security helps smuggle illegal immigrant children into the U.S.
The Washington Times ^ | December 19, 2013 | Stephen Dinan

A federal judge in Texas late last week accused the Obama administration of aiding drug cartels, saying that instead of enforcing immigration laws, agents knowingly helped smuggle an illegal immigrant girl into the U.S. to live with her mother, also an illegal immigrant, in Virginia.

In a 10-page order, Judge Andrew S. Hanen said the case was the fourth such case he’s seen over the last month, and in each instance Border Patrol agents have helped to locate and deliver the children to their illegal immigrant parents.

The judge said in each case, the taxpayers footed the bill for flights — including flights to multiple locations in different parts of the U.S. that it took to find one of the children’s parents.

“The DHS is rewarding criminal conduct instead of enforcing the current laws. More troubling, the DHS is encouraging parents to seriously jeopardize the safety of their children,” the judge said, adding that some of the children have been made to swim the Rio Grande River or traverse remote areas as part of the smuggling.

The US Congress should be ashamed of themselves.
But have none.

Since

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

It's high time

to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

“Drugs and illegal aliens are important to the success of the democrats.”

And banks, law enforcement, criminal lawyers, bail bondsmen
and all the criminal employers who undermine honest
American citizens and hire the wetsox trespassers.
If they want to reunite the kids with their parents then
they should have deported the parent. If an American citizen
would have left their child behind like that the tards
at CPS would have been all over those kids.

When the Federal government demonstrates that it has no respect for the law, the people will soon have no respect either. This path leads to anarchy or the rule of the autocrat who is the law until overthrown.

So the Border Patrol has some of the same sleezy buttdraggers as the National Park Service?. Maybe they shut down our war memorials so the illegals could take a guided tour un-molested by regular folks? We really, REALLY have got to clean house.

I know what you mean. I’ve often wondered how long it would take to fumigate the Federal workforce if the Republicans ever did become the majority again. Would they even have the courage to do it?

-—but they’ve never gotten any actual legal children back from their kidnapping Saudi Arabian fathers. I wonder what kind of a campaign contribution it takes to get your smuggled kid back?

courage? I doubt it. Bush 43 had the chance to start and he couldn’t get off his easel and throw out the clintonistas. It’s gonna take at least one more impeachment to get the message to DC that this krap isn’t acceptable. I’m all for starting with the Kenyan and his friends but I’m 3,000 miles and 600 gallons of motor fuel away from helping easily. But I’ll do it and spend it if a little help shows up.

When I was familiar with the process, back in 2000-2002, the illegal alien parents whose illegal alien kid was taken by the other parent back to Mexico were referred by the San Bernandino County Sheriff’s Dept in California to caseworkers in the US Dept of State Office of Children’s Issues (CA/OCS/CI) in Washington, DC.

CA/OCS/CI in turn helped the illegal alien parent in Calif, to file a “Hague Convention” Application for Return with the Mexican Ministry of Justice in Mexico City, which scheduled a hearing before a Mexican Court to seek the child’s “return” to the USA.

The whole process would often “work” with the kid ending up back in San Bernadino County.

I am pretty sure the Mexican officials were laughing the whole time they were handling these cases - as the Yankees spent hundreds of thousands of tax-payer dollars in staff time to re-import illegal aliens.

And how does this BS secure our homeland? Our Country has to suffer this BS WHY? I would say because we the people put up with it and do really nothing about it as do all the respective agencies/personnel who have sworn to protect our Country and the Constitution. I really get tired of the (We will fix this in 2014/2016... The political system “as usual” will not fix this... just more of the same. Washington/the Government is broke and politics will never fix it... “Meet the new Boss same as the Old Boss” It will take a great deal more than politics and politicians to fix this.

Are you insinuating that the administration is involved in human trafficking?

It wouldn’t surprise me if it were true.

"What is it going to take for the American people to put their collective feet down about the insanity of this regime?"

It'll require people paying attention. All of 'em, and that won't happen until the financial and social chaos ensues. I'm losing hope. Even if we kick butt in November, improvements will be miniscule.
