I used to work there. If I put my thinking cap on I could probably name everybody. I worked for General Vessey in Korea (for his subordinate three-star at I Corps) before he became Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Amazing story. He went from being a private in the Minnesota Army National Guard in 1940 to the highest ranking man in the whole US military. He’s the Army general near the rear on the right side who’s not wearing glasses.

Since he's still in place, can we assume that he is one of the ones who IS willing to order troops to fire upon Americans? I thought Obama had pretty much cleaned out the senior officers who might refuse to do so.
