Well, it didn't take the establishment long to play the race card on Phil when they got pushback on his suspension for remarks about gays.

I don't see anywhere he says blacks shouldn't have been granted civil rights.

Why should they have been? I think everyone should have the exact same amount of Constitutionally protected rights given by God and not the State.

Why should they, homosexuals or any other “minority” group have more rights than you or me?
