You are assuming the user has reliable internet access. I’m stuck with satellite internet and a 10 GB per month allocation. I can do 15 GB, but that is another $35 per month.

I went over my 100GB per month allotment the last two months, and got charged an extra $15 each month. I download a lot of movies, each of which can be as much as 10GB. For you, that would be one movie a month?
