These people swim in the sea of liberalism and never realize that it is a pond. The primary center of their universe is the political capital of D.C. which must pass laws to ‘help the poor and oppressed!’ Second center is New York, the bastion of liberal crony capitalism, where kvetching about evil capitalists is the outdoor sport and taking Wall Street money is the indoor version.

Subsidiary liberal centers are Boston (Kennedy), Chicago (Mob Rules), Los Angeles (Hollyweird) and San Francisco where the loose filberts always elect Pelousy politicians! Few of these places have any vigorous conservative traditions or proponents willing and able to get in those liberal faces. Even if they do, the corporate liberal media immediately diminish, demean and deprecate anything said that is against the liberal religion!

We are indeed paying the price for not noticing how the schools of education, journalism, social sciences and law were taken over and made training schools for the liberal causes. More government is what their graduates see as progress in history and for their individual careers. There will be no easy fix and sometimes I despair of any non-violent fix at all, sigh!

Absolutely.

But we are gaining on them.

We need some real representation. We need several prominent conservatives to take over actual networks.

The liberal hold over America’s airwaves needs to end.

I will add this IMHO epic example of liberal bias in action and it comes from my post on the Politifact "Lie of the Year" thread. I couched it in the thought that this following was deserving of the 2012 award, but it also applies here.

Personally I would have given the award to CNN's intrusive 'fact checking on the fly' debate moderator, Candy Crowley for her Obama defense. Following a Romney point that it took Obama 14 days to call the Benghazi "an act of Terrorism", Crowley leapt in BEFORE Obama to say that was a false accusation and reiterated when Obama asked her to repeat her defense! Impartial Moderator from CNN, yeah sure!

If this was not an example of instinctive liberal defense by a major news outlet's selected icon for the debate, then what was it? Incredible (by the very definition of the word, not being credible), that that newsperson would so interject herself into one of only 3 debates in such a blatant manner and in such a partisan way! Yet, from the descriptions in the day after, it appears that Obama, by merely 'looking at her' incited her interjection (from her own post-debate statement!) Without making any claim of collusion, this is a liberal asking another liberal for help in defending a lie, AND GETTING IT!

This just in: water is wet, sun rises in the east, and Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.

They’ll become “objective” again when(if) there is a Republican POTUS.

“Most of my colleagues, I have no idea what their politics are. … But think about it: I live in northwest Washington, none of my neighbors are evangelical Christians, I don’t know a lot of people in my kid’s preschool who are pro-life,” Leibovich said. “When you have conversations, at all the newspapers I’ve worked at, about politics—it doesn’t happen often—but you see clues that there is absolutely a left-wing bias.” …

Liberal newspapers won't hire conservatives...

And yeah, they give other reasons for not hiring a conservative - the same kind of reasons they use to give for not hiring blacks and women... High sounding reasons "they would love to have but the person wasn't qualified..." Oddly, none of the 'we believe in diversity' people in a newsroom ever speaks up... Newspapers & liberal elite news organization have earned the contempt of half the population - and their 'trust numbers' reflect it. Idiots.

There's reason Dylan Byers is part of a dying industry...

There was a leftist bias 50 years ago. It’s far worse now, a complete disconnect from reality and the rest of America.

What a laugh. They are full-on one sided and no opposing views are tolerated
